We keep the team deliberately small so the people who scope an engagement are the people who deliver it. That only works if everyone here is senior.
We hire experienced data and AI engineers only. No graduate programme, no bench, no junior consultants supervised from a distance. If you are working here, you are doing the actual work in front of the client.
We do not have any open roles at the moment. We add people slowly and only when the work genuinely needs another senior pair of hands.
